Because the Diabetes Prevention and Control Program offers continuing educational opportunities for healthcare professionals through exciting online modules, the audio teleconference series has been discontinued. Transcripts of past teleconferences may be immediately downloaded and CDs of the audio files may be ordered (see below).

The Chronic Disease Resources Online Provider Education Modules provide relevant, quality provider education topics delivered at your convenience. Free CME/CEs are available for Florida physicians, nurses and dietitians.
