Life Stage Work Groups

Partners in Florida's diabetes health system work on strategies that are specific to one of three life stages: children, adults, and seniors. These work groups meet via conference call and in conjunction with quarterly DAC and Alliance meetings to update each other on action plans (part of the State Diabetes Strategic Plan PDF 313 KB) to achieve two goals: increasing diagnosis of pre-diabetes and increasing participation in diabetes self-management education.
